LH Partners have been engaged by various leading drilling contractors across Western Australia to source experienced Surface Diamond Drillers. These roles cover a wide range of work, from tier one mining operations with major clients through to bush exploration programs in remote locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate surface diamond drilling rigs safely and efficiently
• Deliver high quality core samples to client and geologist specifications
• Conduct routine rig and equipment checks to maintain safe operations
• Work closely with offsiders, supervising and mentoring where required
• Report daily progress and challenges to supervisors and clients
• Uphold strict safety standards and site protocols at all times

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience operating surface diamond drill rigs
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
• Ability to thrive in both large scale mining environments and remote bush exploration sites
• Current HR driver’s licence, medicals, and tickets (advantageous but not essential)
• Positive attitude, team first mindset, and a willingness to adapt to varied site conditions
• Only open to Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents
