Service / Workshop Coordinator (Diesel Fitting)

You will be:

• Coordinating day-to-day workshop operations and scheduling service jobs
• Managing customer service requests and liaising with clients to ensure prompt resolution
• Preparing and maintaining service documentation, reports, and warranty records
• Monitoring parts availability and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of work
• Supporting service technicians and field staff with job allocations and administration
• Maintaining compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements

About You:

• Diesel Fitting Experience
• Previous experience in a workshop coordination, service administration, or similar role (heavy machinery, construction equipment, or automotive industry experience highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
