Tambrey Centre is looking for multiple Bar Supervisors to work in our busy pub located in the beautiful region of Karratha, Western Australia. If you are looking for a job with stable income, while you can enjoy the regional lifestyle, come join us.

Responsibilities

· Lead and supervise the bar team during allocated shifts.

· Ensure top-notch customer service and manage any guest requests

· Oversee stock levels, assist with inventory control, and handle cash

· Ensure RSA compliance and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness

· Train and support the bar staff to keep things running smoothly and efficiently

· Ensure adequate glassware & equipment are maintained at all times

· Responsible for the delivery of service related to Training and Development programs, including induction plans, buddy shifts, and any other service related training

· Address & resolve any bar-related issues and escalate to management as required

· Complete opening and/or closing duties as assigned, and ensure readiness of crew, equipment, stock, stations and floor for service

· Taking reservations, greetings and arranging tables for guests.

· Serving drinks and making cocktails following orders from guests

· Clearing and resetting tables when required in busy hours.

Skills and Attributes:

· Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a bar supervisor, ideally in a busy pub setting.

· Experience in managing a team of staff.

· An energetic, professional, and fun person

· Excellent communication and organisation skills

· Sound understanding of workplace health and safety standards

· Teamwork is a must

· Ability to work in different rosters, including late nights due to our long opening hours.

· Ability to work on weekends.
