Our client is a vertically integrated mining and civil contractor delivering high-output mining and infrastructure services across Western Australia. With growing activity at their sites, they are now seeking a dependable and energetic Kitchen Hand to assist the onsite catering team.

About the Role:

As a Kitchen Hand, you'll play a key role in supporting smooth daily food service and maintaining cleanliness across the camp’s dining facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting chefs with basic food prep for crib, breakfast and dinner service

Cleaning dishes, kitchen equipment, benches and floors

Restocking fridges, stores and serving stations

Supporting dining room cleanliness and presentation

Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Assisting with general camp housekeeping tasks if required

What We’re Looking For:

Previous FIFO kitchen or hospitality experience – required

Able to work early mornings or split shifts as rostered

Food safety awareness and strong hygiene practices

Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods

White Card – required

Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening

Available for FIFO mobilisation from Perth immediately
