Bar Pacino is one of Brisbane’s most iconic riverfront venues, known for its cocktails, atmosphere, and high-energy events. We’re looking for a hands-on Venue Manager who can bring stability, lead with confidence, and be the go-to person for both staff and management.

Your Role

• Lead and motivate the team through peak service periods.

• Provide consistency and structure so supervisors and staff feel supported.

• Oversee day-to-day operations including rosters, budgets, compliance, and stock.

• Drive a high standard of service and presentation, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

• Work alongside our events team to execute successful functions and celebrations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality (venue/bar/restaurant management).

• Confidence to take charge, make decisions, and hold the floor steady.

• A natural stabiliser who can step in, steady the team, and lead from the front.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• A hands-on leader who thrives in a busy environment and inspires their team.
