Tim Marshall Contracting Pty Ltd is a family-owned agricultural business based in Drouin South. We are seeking a skilled HC Truck Driver / Tractor Operator to join our team.

This role is primarily local truck & dog tipper driving, with the opportunity to also operate tractors (training provided if required). While the role starts as casual, there is potential to move into a full-time position for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

Operate Heavy Combination (HC) vehicles – truck & dog tipper

Transport goods and quarry/agricultural products safely and efficiently

Operate tractors and other agricultural machinery (training available)

Carry out basic maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment

Follow all road transport and workplace health & safety requirements

What We’re Looking For

Current HC licence with at least 2 years’ truck & dog tipper experience

Current VicRoads Driving History Report

Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks/tractors

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

A strong work ethic, professionalism, and safety-first attitude
