Description

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive strategic financial outcomes across manufacturing, supply chain, and sales functions
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Deliver insightful analysis on product performance, cost drivers, and investment opportunities to support decision-making
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate capital expenditure, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives
• Provide commercial support for new product development, market expansion, and strategic projects
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability
• Ensure compliance with ASX reporting standards and internal governance frameworks
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence business strategy and drive continuous improvement
• Support month-end and year-end close processes with accurate and timely reporting
• Champion data-driven decision-making and foster a culture of financial accountability across the business

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A degree in Accounting / Finance.
• CA / CPA Qualified
• Big 4 / Mid Tier experience is highly regarded
• Experience in the Manufacturing / FMCG or an ASX environment is highly regarded.
• Proven capability to partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Offer

• A competitive base salary of $140,000 - $145,000 + super + hybrid working
