Job Description

As part of the Syzmik team, this role plays a key part in delivering new product ranges and marketing collateral on time, driving sales growth, and supporting the brand’s strategic initiatives across product development, compliance, and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Brand Management

Develop garment branding and labelling that balances visual appeal with safety compliance and environmental goals

Support new product development from concept to launch, managing timelines and stakeholder coordination

Maintain product compliance through testing coordination and digital documentation

Marketing & Campaign Support

Execute marketing campaigns including photo shoots, events, and promotional activities

Analyse sales data to inform campaign planning and measure effectiveness

Manage sample distribution and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders

Trade Shows & Events

Organise sales conferences and customer launch events (1-2 annually)

Coordinate trade show presence including logistics, materials, and promotional activities

Create launch materials such as price lists, banners, and digital assets

Catalogue & Digital Content

Support catalogue creation from copywriting to photography coordination

Collaborate on website optimisation and product categorisation

Manage photo shoot logistics and sample coordination

Sales & Inventory Support

Generate sales reports and category analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Provide product information and stock updates to sales teams and customers

Coordinate inventory transfers and support clearance planning

Compliance & Quality

Partner with QC to maintain digital compliance library and ensure testing standards

Support ISO accreditation requirements and modern slavery policy adherence

Develop sales tools that clearly communicate compliance standards
