Life at Coast Shelter
Coast Shelter is a leading Central Coast not for profit charity assisting families, adults and young people with complex issues arising from their experience of homelessness, abuse and neglect. Our organisation is driven by our mission to deliver person-centred services to people in crisis within our community experiencing homelessness or domestic and family violence.

This pivotal role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the DVRE program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality case work that supports women and their children to transition into safe, secure, and stable housing.
As a leader, you will provide guidance and support to non-clinical Case Workers through professional development, coaching, and constructive feedback, working closely with the Adult Program Manager to drive service excellence.
