What we're looking for

· Relevant early childhood education qualification (e.g., Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care)

· Demonstrated experience working in a childcare or early learning environment

· Strong understanding of child development and the ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families

· Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care

· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

· Current VIC Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one
