About the role
Brightminds Early Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our dynamic leadership team in Diamond Creek, Victoria. As our Educational Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our educators in delivering exceptional early childhood education and care. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young minds in a nurturing and collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing
Provide educational leadership and support to the teaching team, inspiring them to deliver high-quality learning programs
Collaborate with educators and teachers to plan, implement and evaluate the curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework
Mentor and coach educators, facilitating their professional development and helping them to continuously improve their practice
Oversee the development and maintenance of the indoor and outdoor learning environments
Liaise with families, fostering strong partnerships and open communication
Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the centre's policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
Contribute and support the centre's Quality Improvement Plan
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Early Childhood Educator, with a strong understanding of the National Quality Standards
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of educators
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
Passion for creating engaging, play-based learning environments that foster children's development
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to continually improve practice
Current First Aid,
Working with Children's Check or VIT
Passionate about nature/bush play to support our bush kinder program

Bright Minds Early Learning is a respected and trusted provider of early childhood education and care and government funded three and four year old kinder programs. We service and support the Diamond Creek community. Situated on 14 acres our children engage with country through our Bush Kinder and nature based play curriculum.
Our centre is purpose-built, with spacious and engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments. We are committed to fostering a love of learning in children and supporting their holistic development. Our dedicated team of passionate educators work collaboratively to create enriching learning experiences that inspire and empower the next generation.
This position may lead to a leadership opportunity to become a multiple site Ed Leader.
