What You’ll Be Doing
As a Specialist Support Coordinator, you’ll:
Deliver Level 2 and 3 Specialist Support Coordination for clients with complex needs under the NDIS
Help families and individuals navigate systems, coordinate mainstream, community, and funded supports
Collaborate with allied health and support teams to deliver integrated, client-centred outcomes
Build strong relationships with families, service providers, and stakeholders
Empower clients through strength-based, trauma-informed approaches
Maintain accurate documentation to meet NDIS and compliance requirements

What You’ll Bring
A recognised qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Allied Health or equivalent
Strong understanding of the NDIS and experience working with complex needs
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
A driver’s licence, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
