Join the team at Gold Coast Private Hospital as an Enrolled Nurse! We're looking for an experienced professional to bring their skills to our Oncology ward on a part-time basis. You will play a key role within a supportive team, ensuring exceptional patient care is being delivered.

As an Enrolled Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

· Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN

· Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs

· Act as a role model for Safe Practice

· Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy

· Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development

Essential Criteria:

· Current Registration with AHPRA

· Minimum 1-year acute experience

· Med and IV endorsed

· Commitment to quality patient care

· Compliance with ACSQHC National standards

· Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Works well independently and within a team
