This role has responsibility for the setting and running of the manufacturing machines. Keen Eye to detail is required.

About Us

Our client is a manufacturing Company in Western Sydney.

Responsibilities

1) Production process and process improvements

• Ensure all machine parameters are recorded correctly

• Ensure shift change over is completed & checklist completed

• Ensure immediate and general work areas are kept clean and safe and equipment/ tooling is returned to designated areas

• Ensure all process scrap is accurately counted, recorded, kept free from contamination and labelled correctly

• Ensure printing of all products

• Assist with machine starts

• Communicate thoroughly all information onto next operating shifts

• Ensure any machinery breakdowns are reported

• Ensure all measuring equipment is maintained in good calibration order

• Conducting visual and dimensional checks

Your Profile

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work under supervision

• Fork Lift Licence (desirable)

• Own reliable transport

• Range of different shifts; Morning, Afternoon and Night.
