About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the dynamic team at Bang Bang Noosa in Noosa Heads, Queensland. This full-time role will see you play a key part in the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the business. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing staff, driving operational excellence, and contributing to the continued success of this well-established hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and managing a team of hospitality staff, including rostering, training, and performance management

Ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive guest experience

Overseeing front-of-house operations, including reservations, hosting, and food and beverage service

Assisting with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Implementing and monitoring health, safety, and security procedures

Contributing to the development and execution of the company's strategic plans and initiatives

Effectively communicating with the Head of Operations and other key stakeholders

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar Assistant Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Proven track record in leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer service

Strong financial management skills, with the ability to interpret and act on financial data

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field would be highly regarded
