About the opportunity
The Program Director, Performance and Assurance leads the optimisation of performance across Health Infrastructure’s capital projects and programs. The role ensures the effective and efficient delivery of HI and INSW infrastructure program and project assurance functions, management of project advice, lessons learnt and knowledge sharing platforms and processes and supporting reporting and analytics that drive program improvements.
Assurance at Health Infrastructure is embedded into project planning and delivery. For the avoidance of doubt, it is not an audit or compliance function, but a series of fit for purpose project reviews using internal and external subject matter experts to provide constructive advice to project teams. The Program Director will lead the team that manages the review processes and associated reporting, requiring highly developed stakeholder engagement and management skills.
The role will also lead HI’s engagement with, and response to, INSW and other cross government strategic policies and issues impacting on infrastructure delivery agencies.
This is a full-time ongoing position. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed. This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
