Retail & Customer Service Superstar – Health Food Store

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys sales and customer engagement, and is excited to be part of a business that values growth, initiative, and creativity.

Hours

Tuesday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM

About the role

Open and close the store independently, ensuring smooth daily operations

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong connections with our community

Drive sales and actively contribute to the store’s growth

Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation

Prepare coffee, smoothies, and takeaway items to a high standard

Take initiative during quieter periods with merchandising, organisation, and growth-focused activities

This is a hands-on, all-rounder position where no two days are the same. You’ll have the freedom to explore new ideas, test strategies, and contribute to shaping the store’s success.

Background knowledge and strong interest in health, nutrition, and supplemental wellness

A proactive, dynamic, and self-motivated attitude

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proven experience in sales, with the ability to confidently drive results

Reliability, attention to detail, and confidence working independently

Someone excited about growth, exploration, and being part of a business in motion

Have an interest in online marketing and digital growth strategies

The opportunity
This position begins as a casual role (3-month trial period) with the option to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.
