About the Role

As a Laser Cutter Operator, you’ll be hands-on with our Amada machine, ensuring every cut is accurate, efficient, and high-quality. From setup and programming through to quality control and routine maintenance, you’ll help keep our fabrication workflow running smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Do

Operate, monitor, and maintain our Amada Laser Cutter.

Read and interpret engineering drawings with precision.

Load and unload sheet steel safely and accurately.

Carry out quality control checks on finished products.

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Work independently while collaborating with a supportive workshop team.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience with CNC machinery (laser cutting experience highly regarded).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurements.

Positive, self-motivated attitude with strong teamwork skills.

Commitment to workplace safety and tidy work practices.

Physical strength and dexterity to manage steel sheets.
