About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care that makes a real difference in the lives of patients and their families. Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will be supported to grow your clinical skills and knowledge while contributing meaningfully to a positive team environment.

About You

You’re a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in delivering safe, person-centred care. You work well within a team, communicate effectively, and are committed to continuous learning and high clinical standards.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current registration (or eligibility) as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia, and completion of an approved medicine administration program.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Proven ability to prioritise tasks, recognise changes in patient condition, and provide safe, person-centred care.

Sound knowledge of the Enrolled Nurse role, relevant legislation, and professional practice standards.
