About the role

We are seeking a Pressure Washer Technician to join our expanding service team. This would be a great role for a Mechanic, Fitter & Turner or similar looking for a career change.

This full-time role provides quality repairs and servicing of pressure washer units, both in the workshop and onsite. As the branch pressure washer specialist, you will also work with our suppliers to manage the warranty claims and provide sound advice to customers in pressure washer sales.

While experience in a similar role is a bonus, we recognise transferrable skills and will invest in training the successful candidate. What is essential is a positive, can-do attitude and a strong focus on customer service.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Bendigo Branch.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Assess and repair pressure washers on & off-site

Assist with new pressure washer sales

Assist with retail shop sales

Provide reports on all necessary work, service or repairs

Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers

Maintain a safe working environment through the correct operation of all tools and specialised equipment

Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policies and organisational values

Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative with a focus on continuous improvement

Skills and experience

Trade qualification as a Mechanic is not required, mechanical aptitude is essential

Current Australian manual driver’s licence

Problem solving and time management are critical for success

Previous experience with small motor repairs or in a similar role would be highly valued
