Are you passionate about shaping the future and driving positive change in education? O'Loughlin is seeking dynamic Middle Leaders to take on key Positions of Responsibility across a range of vital areas, including Personal Development, Mentoring, Student Organisation, Student Voice, Performing Arts, and Diversity.
As a Middle Leader at O'Loughlin Catholic College, you will play a crucial role in guiding and inspiring both staff and students, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes growth, wellbeing, creativity, and student engagement. You will lead initiatives that empower young people, champion diversity, and enhance our vibrant school culture. Leaders work with students, teaching and non-teaching staff and parents/guardians.
Positions Include:
Leader of Mission, Student Voice and Agency
Leader of College Organisation
Learning Mentor and Coach
Performing Arts Coordinator
Learning Diversity Leader
Year Level Personal Development Leader
Relocation allowance can be discussed for successful candidates. For staff who have children attend the College, a substantial school fee discount is allocated.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Qualifications of a four-year trained teacher.
Current TRB registration.
Proven experience in teaching at the secondary level, with a preference for candidates familiar with the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) educational landscape.
Desired Qualifications:
● Master level / commitment to enrol in further education
● Accreditation to teach in a Catholic school
Key Requirements:
Current Ochre Card (Working with Children Card in Northern Territory).
Demonstrated ability to engage students and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
