About the Role

As a 4WD Accessories Sales Representative, you’ll be working across in-store, phone, and online sales channels, helping customers get the very best out of their vehicles.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound sales – phone calls, emails, and Facebook enquiries

Assisting fleet and trade customers with tailored solutions

Proactively reaching out to both new and existing customers

Supporting customers with service enquiries and product advice

Managing and optimising our online e-commerce portal

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both enthusiasm and professionalism to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

A trustworthy, friendly, and enthusiastic personality

A proven record in sales (automotive/auto parts experience preferred)

A professional and confident manner when dealing with customers

Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
