About the role

Streetart Wheels TYREPLUS is seeking an experienced Automotive Repair and Tyres Sales professional to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. This full-time position will be responsible for providing high-quality automotive repair and tyre sales services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, on the phone and face to face

Providing expert advice and recommendations on tyre selection, automotive repair and maintenance

Processing sales transactions, customer orders and returns

Maintain customer records and update relevant databases with accurate and up-to-date information

Collaborate with staff to address customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers

Adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards

What we're looking for

Knowledge of tyres, wheels, automotive parts and accessories would be ideal but not essential

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar automotive repair and tyres sales role

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
