What you'll deliver

In this role, you'll work with a Senior Consultant to build automation solutions that directly impact client operations:

Map and redesign finance processes

Build robust reconciliations

Create enablement materials

Own first-line support

Contribute to continuous improvement

What you'll need

Must-haves:

Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, basic formulas)

Basic SQL skills (joins, filtering, aggregation)

Clear written communication for client-facing documentation

Structured problem-solving approach

Australian working rights

Nice-to-haves:

Accounting or finance fundamentals

Python scripting experience

API or data integration exposure

Previous consulting or client-facing experience

STEM, Business, or Commerce degree (non-traditional pathways welcome - we value capability over pedigree)

You'll have a structured mentoring relationship with a Senior Consultant who'll guide your development. Typical progression sees Associates move to Senior level within 18-24 months based on client impact and technical growth.
