About the Role

We’re seeking a curious, energetic, and detail-oriented Associate Business Consultant to join our consulting team. This early-career role is perfect for someone looking to grow in business consulting while building skills in human-centred design, co-design, and AI-enabled solutions .

You’ll play a key role in shaping client transformation initiatives by organising workshops, capturing insights, and producing structured outputs that guide solution design. Increasingly, this involves exploring how AI, automation, and digital platforms can improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making .

What You’ll Do

Plan and coordinate client workshops, capturing and synthesising insights

Produce artefacts such as problem statements, user stories, process maps, and summaries

Analyse business models and processes to identify pain points and opportunities

Support solution shaping by linking business needs to AI-enabled technologies

Contribute to business cases, benefit models, and prototypes with senior consultants

Document processes, maintain structured repositories, and contribute to proposals/reports

Build rapport with stakeholders and support co-design activities

What You’ll Bring

1–3 years’ experience in business consulting, business analysis, or equivalent

Strong organisational skills (workshops, notes, structured outputs)

Exposure to human-centred design or design thinking frameworks

Awareness of AI, automation, or digital platforms, and eagerness to apply them

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Adaptability and curiosity in a fast-paced environment 

Nice to Have

Experience in co-design facilitation or workshop delivery

Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or Power Platform

Knowledge of agile delivery and collaboration tools (Teams, Jira, Miro, Confluence)

Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, design, or technology
