We are seeking an experienced Precast Install Leading Hand to join the team and ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality installation of precast elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the precast installation team, covering absenteeism as required
• Ensure all site personnel are inducted, trained, and compliant with SWMS and SOPs
• Oversee site setup, including dowels, grout beds, panel landing, alignment and prop installation
• Prepare ITP documentation and ensure timely completion of installation projects
• Attend pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and maintain high standards of site housekeeping
• Resolve minor installation issues and escalate as necessary
• Maintain safety, quality, and client satisfaction in line with KPIs

Key Requirements:

• High Risk Work Licence – Intermediate Rigger (RI) with 3+ years’ experience
• Work Platform (WP) licence
• Full Driver’s License (HR preferred)
• 3+ years’ experience installing precast panels or other precast elements
• White Card – Construction Industry Induction
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Knowledge of mobile crane operations and setup
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure

Working Conditions:

• Hourly wage position – must be flexible with hours to meet project requirements
• Occasional travel to regional South Australia, including accommodation for install projects
• Company-provided work vehicle for travel between sites
