Mobile Car Detailer – High Shine Club (Brisbane/Gold Coast)

Casual Position – $30.13/hr starting, increasing to $35/hr once trained
Full-time hours available, Monday–Friday

High Shine Club is Brisbane premiere mobile car care and detailing service. We bring high-end detailing directly to our clients, making their cars look and feel brand new. We’re now looking for a reliable and motivated Mobile Car Detailer to join our growing team.

About the Role

Casual position starting at $30.13/hr (minimum casual award rate).

Pay increases to $35/hr once trained and confidently working solo (1–4 weeks depending on experience).

Full-time hours available Monday to Friday (no weekend work required).

Work is labour-intensive and outdoors — expect to be on your feet and working in the sun.

You’ll travel between client homes and workplaces in company vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality mobile detailing services (interior deep cleans, paint correction, ceramic coating, etc.).

Handle customer vehicles with care and professionalism.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of detailing equipment and vehicles.

Deliver excellent customer service and represent High Shine Club with pride.

Maintain a professional appearance at all times – well presented, neatly groomed, and in clean uniform – as we uphold a very high standard of reputation with our clients.

Requirements

Manual driver’s licence (must be competent driving manual vehicles).

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Physically fit and capable of labour-intensive work.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours Monday–Friday.

Experience in detailing preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
