Graduate Engineer – Scheduling & Temporary Works

At Form Structures, you won’t be stuck pushing paper or shadowing someone’s shadow. You’ll be on the tools of real delivery — scheduling, planning, and managing temporary works across complex structural builds. If you’ve got the brains, drive, and attention to detail, we’ll teach you how to think like a builder and lead like one too.

Your Role

As our Graduate Engineer – Scheduling & Temporary Works, you’ll play a key part in helping our projects run tight, safe, and on-program. You'll be mentored directly by our Engineering and Project Management team, and take ownership of:

Developing and tracking schedules using Microsoft Project

Coordinating the planning and execution of temporary works (formwork systems, falsework, propping layouts)

Supporting methodology reviews and build sequencing

Collaborating with foremen, site engineers, and project managers to keep the structural phase humming

You’ve got a Bachelor of Civil or Structural Engineering (or close to finishing)

You’re confident with Microsoft Project or keen to master it

You think clearly, communicate straight, and don’t need micromanaging
