We are seeking an accomplished retail leader with extensive concession management experience to take full ownership of a national, multi-brand network. This is a high-impact role where you will shape strategy, build strong partnerships with host retailers, and lead a high-performing team to deliver growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a national concession portfolio across multiple brands
* Build strong commercial partnerships with host retailers to maximise opportunity and drive sales
* Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail leadership team across the network
* Translate data and retail insights into actionable strategies to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets
* Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and consistent brand presentation across all locations
* Drive customer engagement and experience through strong VM standards and service focus

About You
* Proven experience in senior/national concession leadership within fashion or lifestyle retail
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain host retail partnerships
* Track record of delivering growth across large-scale, multi-site retail operations
* Commercially astute and data-driven with excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
* A collaborative, inspirational leader who brings clarity, confidence, and energy to their team
