The Role

We are seeking a flexible and motivated Labourer & Factory Hand to join our Production & Manufacturing Department. Your responsibilities will vary depending on operational needs and may include:

Assist project teams on-site as required by performing general labour duties, including demolition, loading and unloading materials

Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision

Assist with general factory tasks and housekeeping, including operating the CNC and supporting Cabinet Makers (training provided)

Support delivery processes and logistics

Complete other reasonable tasks as requested by FSCI Directors

Adhere to health, safety and cleanliness standards in the factory and on project sites

About You

Australian Permanent Resident (no sponsorship available)

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player attitude

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Physically fit for demanding tasks

Punctual with excellent attendance

Familiarity with basic construction tools and practices

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges

Current and valid:

Driver's Licence (to operate FSCI vehicles)

Forklift Licence

Construction White Card
