The Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) is a comprehensive, sophisticated central corporate services agency that undertakes a unified enterprise-wide approach to delivering corporate and digital services to NT Government agencies.

Within DCDD, the NT Property Management team is responsible for managing commercial leased property services on behalf of a wide range of NT Government client agencies across the Territory.

In the role of Leasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a diverse commercial property portfolio. Key responsibilities include monitoring, analysing and reporting on leased property arrangements and business processes, preparing instructions to legal and valuation service providers, and ensuring compliance with all contractual, legal and business requirements.

To be successful, you will bring a strong understanding of the current and emerging commercial property markets, sound knowledge of procurement and commercial property management practices, real estate law, valuation processes, and demonstrated experience in drafting and interpreting contractual documentation.
