About Us
For nearly 16 years, Sydney Women’s Physiotherapy has been trusted by patients and referrers across North West Sydney (Hills District, Blacktown, Parramatta, Hawkesbury).

About the Role
Positions Available: 1 x Full-time (38 hrs/week), 1 x Part-time (minimum 3 days)
Caseload: A mix of MSK and pelvic health clients – no two days are the same!
Development:
Weekly mentoring (1:1 and group)
Journal clubs, case discussions, and external in-services
Strong peer support from senior clinicians

What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria:
AHPRA registration, PI insurance, Working with Children checks, Police checks, First aid Certificate, Full Working Rights (SIRA number required)
Minimum 2 years’ MSK experience in private practice with confidence managing a mixed caseload (including NDIS, Workers compensation patients - SIRA Number required)
At least 1 year experience in women’s health (e.g. continence: OAB/SUI, pelvic girdle pain, prenatal/postnatal classes) ***
Completed APA Women’s/Pelvic Health training (Level 1 & 2 A+B) or equivalent (including internal assessment competency)
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to building a long-term career and and working relationship with our team and referrers (minimum 2 years)
Desirable (but not essential):
Postgrad or Masters in Continence/Women’s Health (Curtin or Melbourne Uni)
Pilates or yoga training (equipment preferred – Polestar/DMA/APPI)
Special interests in paediatrics, neurology, sports, lymphoedema, running or dance
