Join Our Team: Practice and Implementation Lead- Staying On Track
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team at OzChild in delivering a groundbreaking youth justice program. Through a partnership between OzChild and Goolburri we are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to fill the role of The Practice and Implementation Lead. The new program, Staying On Track (SoT) aims to improve community safety and reduce reoffending by bridging the transition to the community when young people are released from detention This includes 12-months of support with at least 6-months of intensive supervision to help youth make positive and lasting changes by ensuring they can access the necessary supports within the community.
The Practice and Implementation Lead will be responsible for driving the practical application of our program's strategies and ensuring their successful implementation.
Your key duties will include:
• Developing and implementing best practice guidelines and procedures.
• Training and mentoring staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Collaborating with partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Continuously evaluating and improving program practices to achieve optimal outcomes.

What we can offer:
• Part Time permanent role (4 days per week)
• Salary $130,589.00 (pro-rata 0.8 FTE) plus super
• Salary Packaging up to $15,900
• Ex gratia days Easter & Christmas
