💼 About the Role

You’ll lead and assist with the service and installation of residential and commercial air conditioning systems, bringing precision, pride, and a “get-it-done-right” attitude to every job. Working for high quality clients

Key Responsibilities:

Complete all HVAC-R installations (residential & commercial)

Diagnose, problem-solve, and deliver top-tier results

Work closely with clients and the team to ensure every job exceeds expectations

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment

Ensure quality and safety standards are always met

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

ARCtick Licence (Essential)

Current Manual Driver’s Licence

Electrical licence? Even better – or we’ll help you get one! (Dual Trade Opportunity)

Strong technical knowledge of systems and procedures

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

High attention to detail and a take-pride-in-your-work mindset
