About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused retail assistant to join our team at Oxford Shop's Adelaide CBD store. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers. Based in the heart of Adelaide, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic retail environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and processing sales transactions

Maintaining a clean, tidy and visually appealing store environment

Actively participating in stock management and replenishment tasks

Assisting with receiving and processing deliveries

Supporting the implementation of visual merchandising and promotional activities

Contributing to a positive team culture and collaborating with colleagues

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of presentation and store organisation

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required

A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude
