The role

We're seeking a Labourer to join our team at Elexcom PTY LTD' in Brisbane, QLD. As an Labourer, you'll play a vital role in the installation and maintenance of the National Broadband Network (NBN) infrastructure, ensuring reliable high-speed internet connectivity for homes and businesses.

Key responsibilities

Assist crews in the installation and maintenance of NBN cabling, equipment, and related infrastructure

Liaise with customers to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process

Perform ongoing maintenance and repair work on the NBN network as required

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Collaborate with the broader Elexcom team to support the successful delivery of NBN projects

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar trade role

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Commitment to safety and quality standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform physical labour tasks
