About the Role
Aquila is seeking passionate and energetic Casual Retail Assistants to join our growing team. With multiple positions available, we are primarily recruiting for our Sydney CBD and Bondi locations.
As a team member, you will deliver exceptional customer service, support sales, and ensure our stores are styled and presented to a premium standard.
Pay & Classification
This role falls under the General Retail Industry Award (MA000004).
Casual hourly rates range from Level 1 $33.19 – Level 8 $40.56, depending on experience and classification.
Applicants with greater experience and strong references may qualify for higher classification levels.
What We’re Looking For
Previous retail/customer service experience (fashion, footwear or premium retail an advantage).
A strong customer-first mindset with a professional and stylish approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability across a flexible roster, including weekends.
References included in your resume to support your level of experience (to determine eligibility for higher classification rates).
