Farm Shop/Kiosk Supervisor and General Team Members

As a supervisor, you will play a key role in the day to day running of the Kiosk and Farm Shop. From ensuring excellent customer service and supporting the team, to helping with stock, displays and food hygiene - no two days are the same.

We are looking to fill several full-time and casual roles in our Kiosk and Farm Shop at the iconic Dog on the Tuckerbox re-opening late September.

Responsibilities include

Overseeing daily operations across the shop

Leading and supporting a small team

Ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness

Assisting with ordering, stock control and merchandising

Handling customer queries and ensuring satisfaction

Opening and closing the shop as needed

What we are looking for:

Previous supervisory or team leader experience (hospitality and or retail preferred)

A passion for local products and good food

A good knowledge of The Dog on the Tuckerbox, Gundagai and the surrounding area

A hands-on and can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example

Flexibility to work weekends and busy periods
