Your Role as a Storeperson

As our new Storeperson, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our East Brisbane and Acacia Ridge warehouses. This isn't just about managing stock; it's about being a vital part of our customer-focused team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Meticulously track and manage all incoming and outgoing stock, including conducting regular stocktakes.

Efficiently pack, send, and receive deliveries.

Maintain a tidy and organised warehouse, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Assist customers professionally via phone, in person, and email.

Ensure our technicians have all essential equipment readily available for their daily tasks and future needs.

Proactively monitor services and stay updated on daily activities.

Promptly respond to and resolve any issues that may arise during product or service delivery.

Utilise SimPro and Microsoft 365 to manage your tasks effectively.

What You'll Bring

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Essential Warehouse Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management is a must.

Forklift Licence: A valid forklift licence is required.

Full Driver's Licence: A full, valid driver's licence.
