About Us
Programmed are looking for a Machine operator/Forklift driver to join the team. Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical cables, proudly serving the mining, energy, construction, and industrial sectors across Australia.

Your tasks will include:

Setting up production machines to twist copper fibres into cable

Monitoring and adjusting equipment throughout the process

Preparing additional machines while keeping production running

Moving coils onsite with a forklift (LF license required)

Ensuring quality and accuracy during the cable production process

What We’re Looking For

Current LF Forklift licence (essential)

Strong attention to detail and patience – production can be a slower, precision-focused process

Ability to work safely and follow processes

Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments (preferred but not essential)
