Your Role

Reporting to the co-Directors, you will advise on a broad range of local government, environmental, and administrative law matters

Manage a portfolio of complex legal files with autonomy and confidence

Support two junior lawyers

Collaborate with the firm's co-Directors on strategic legal initiatives

Deliver clear, practical advice to high-quality clients

What You Bring

6+ years PQE with experience in local government planning and environmental law

Strong communication and client relationship skills

A strategic thinker with high integrity and attention to detail

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Integrity and a strong work ethic, taking responsibility and ownership over matters

Admitted to practise as a lawyer in Australia with current practising certificate

Your Rewards

Base Salary: $120,000 p.a. + Superannuation

Tiered Monthly Performance Bonus: Starting at 70% billable hours, increasing in 5% increments
