Ashdown People is working with a large State Government organisation to assist in sourcing experienced Paralegal Professionals with strong Worker's Compensation experience.

The successful candidate will provide a broad range of paralegal, project, administrative and business support services to support the delivery of the Independent Legal Assistance & Review Service (ILARS) service and contribute to efficient service delivery.

Your duties would be to:

• Provide a range of paralegal functions to support the efficient divisional operations
• Monitor and implement improved office systems, procedures and methods to facilitate efficient team/unit operations and support continuous improvement
• Respond to enquiries and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information and quality customer services to stakeholders and service providers
• Provide case management support to ensure effective delivery of services
• Provide legal and non-legal administrative support to optimise efficiency and support the delivery of quality outcomes
• Support a range of project, policy and other program initiatives to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved on project plans, milestones and deliverables
