About You

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse/Midwife to join our team. You will bring strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing patient-centred care. Key requirements include:

  • Communication and Teamwork: Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated competence in nursing/midwifery practice, meeting professional standards and delivering high-quality care.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Strong understanding of the role of a Registered Nurse/Midwife, relevant legislation, standards, and codes, as well as Quality Improvement Systems in healthcare.
  • Adaptability and Focus: Ability to prioritise workloads and approach challenges with creativity, flexibility, and a focus on consumer- and family-centred care.
