Remuneration: $98,478 - $104,165
Role Details:
We're looking for a skilled Senior Return to Work Coordinator who can provide expert advice, guide recovery processes, and coordinate between injured employees, healthcare providers and departmental stakeholders to ensure effective, timely, and sustainable return to work outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Deliver high-quality vocational rehabilitation and injury management services within a medical/legal, industrial and public sector environment.
Develop, implement and evaluate outcome-focused return to work plans in collaboration with employees, treating practitioners and managers.
Prepare accurate, high-quality reports and documentation to support claims and recovery processes.
Lead clear and professional communication with employees, practitioners, managers, unions, and HR representatives.
Coordinate return to work placements, including resume support, job matching, canvassing opportunities, and assisting with interviews.
To be successful:
You have strong knowledge of South Australian Workers Compensation legislation, with an understanding of national frameworks highly regarded. You work collaboratively with employees, managers, healthcare professionals and insurers, building trust and finding practical solutions.
You communicate with confidence, both verbally and in writing, to negotiate positive outcomes and resolve issues effectively. You bring comprehensive knowledge of return to work services and strategies, applying this expertise to support safe and sustainable employment pathways.

Special Conditions:
Essential: 2-3 years' experience in injury management, workers compensation or as a return to work consultant.
