What You’ll Be Doing

• Create engaging, play based programs that encourage exploration, discovery, and creativity, drawing on children’s individual interests to spark curiosity and joy in their learning journey.
• Build meaningful and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring every family feels welcome and supported as part of our Tall Tree community.
• Support each child’s growth and wellbeing by fostering their emotional, social, and cognitive development in an environment that celebrates diversity and inclusivity.
• Work collaboratively with a passionate and experienced team, contributing to a positive culture where educators support and learn from one another.
• Bring your own ideas, strengths, and creativity to the table. Your voice is valued and you will be encouraged to share fresh perspectives that help us continually improve and grow as a centre.
• Enjoy a supportive workplace structure that includes a dedicated Educational Leader and a cleaner onsite three days a week, giving you more time to focus on the children and their learning.
