The Centre

anzuk Early Childhood is proud to be working with a not for profit early childhood education centre in the heart of the Shire! The service, is focused on providing a supportive and a fun environment and believes that the relationship between children and the educators is integral in creating a positive learning environment for the children.

The Opportunity

The right candidate for this role will be a passionate and experienced Diploma qualified educator who wants to work within a high quality not for profit centre where the community and families are at the heart of what they do. You are a team-player and work well within a collaborative team culture. You will be responsible for observation and documentation and developing a child focused program for the children in your care. The role has come available due to one educator relocating down the coast.

You will be supported by other passionate educators in the room, working for a service always above ratio! This is a fantastic opportunity to work at an extremely supportive centre where you will receive training and development and coaching from an experienced director.

The Candidate

You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as be comfortable talking to families. Ideally you will have had 2+ years experience within the childcare industry.

As the ideal candidate for this position, you will hold;

• Diploma in Children's Services
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis desired
