We are looking for dedicated and professional Personal Care Workers who are wanting to really make a difference to the lives of older Australians.

You will provide excellent care and support to your clients, ensuring they are fulfilling the way they would like to live and assisting them to remain safe in their own homes by providing:

Personal care including showering, personal hygiene, dressing, assisting with prescribed exercise plans.

Other home-based tasks such as: meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing,

Supporting the individual client care plans

Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments

In some instances, working closely with the Case Manager to ensure the needs of the individual client are met.

Mandatory requirements:

Empathetic and caring nature

Minimum qualifications of Certificate III Individual Support or Aged Care (or equivalent), Nursing Assistant qualifications highly regarded

Current Australian drivers' licence

Reliable, registered roadworthy and insured vehicle

Police check

Up to date First Aid and CPR certificates

Smart phone
