To support this next phase of expansion, we are seeking a Finance Transformation Specialist to embed best practice, add maturity, and build scalable processes across the organisation.

This is a pivotal role working closely with a high-calibre ELT and an impressive group of individuals, where you will play a central part in shaping the finance function to match the pace of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance transformation initiatives to ensure scalability and efficiency across the business;
• Implement best practice processes, systems and controls to support rapid expansion;
• Partner with the ELT to embed financial insight and operational discipline into decision-making;
• Drive continuous improvement and a culture of accountability across finance and operations; and
• Provide leadership, energy and expertise to enable the business to scale effectively.

About You:

• Proven track record of building and scaling finance functions within high-growth or private equity-backed environments;
• Strong transformation and change management experience, with the ability to implement best practice in dynamic settings;
• Commercially astute, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the gravitas to influence senior leadership; and
• Energetic, proactive, and passionate about driving growth through robust financial infrastructure.
