The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee the financial health of our practice. This is a very hands-on role that goes beyond traditional accounting – you’ll manage everything from financial reporting, compliance, performance reporting, surgical billing, debtor management, payroll, accounts payable and systems development.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA or CA qualified (or working towards).

3 years’ experience in commercial accounting, ideally in healthcare.

Sound knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.

Familiarity with Medicare and health fund billing highly desirable.

Proficiency in Xero, MYOB,

Advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
