As a Telephone Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound phone enquiries and follow up on outbound sales leads

Educate customers on the benefits, features, and pricing of our window tinting products

Convert leads into confirmed bookings and sales

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every client feels valued

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Work collaboratively with operations to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery

About You

Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (automotive industry experience a bonus)

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets

Confident in handling objections and closing sales

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently (especially from home)

Comfortable with CRM systems, phone systems, and digital communication tools
